I'm grateful someone besides myself talks to the folks from the Art portal. Artists are such fragile things. They need a good laugh and heartfelt encouragement from us unskilled heathens. Plus, I think they get slightly overshadowed by the Flashers - it's hard work being a one man/ woman show. I can empathize big time.

She deleted her NG two days after I wrote to her. I had no way to check up on her. Turns out she responded to some dumb commenter a few hours ago, like evrything was fine. Big sigh of not-relief.
